Executive coaching and mentoring

Executive coaching, conducted primarily through one-on-one interactions, is experiential, individualised and focused on leadership development. When we coach with executives or other professionals we help them achieve their short and long-term goals and grow as leaders. We help them develop their strategy, assess their organisation and identify the needs of the people working with them.

The consultants who coach for our clients have between 15 and 20 years' sales, marketing and management experience, up to and including board level. We have a breadth of expertise from working with a wide range of skills sets and, as all our clients would testify, our coaching has been proven to increase sales activity and revenues.
